Return and exchange policy: "Al Rabea Store" is keen to ensure its customers have a happy shopping experience, so if you do not feel completely satisfied for any reason regarding your purchases, the "company" will refund you the value of your purchases within thirty (30) days of delivering your purchased products. Note: The customer has no fees for returning or exchanging the product if the reason for the return or exchange is due to a mistake in the product or a change in its color or size by "Al Rabea Store," but if the return or exchange is due to a change in the customer's preference, shipping or delivery charges will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer in the purchase invoice. - Our return and exchange policy is valid for 2 days, meaning you have 2 days to make an exchange or return after receiving the product. - To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, in its original packaging, with all attached labels intact, unremoved, and undamaged. - You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase with the original invoice. - To start the return process, you can contact us at (0551955561), and if the return request is accepted, we will send a delivery service to pick up the product to be returned. - If the customer requests to cancel the order after it has been handed over to the shipping company, the shipping company will be contacted to request the return of the shipment, and if the shipment reaches "Al Rabea Store" warehouses, a refund will be made to the customer with the deduction of shipping costs from the amount paid by the customer. - The return and exchange process may take from 10 to 30 working days until the shipping company we deal with receives the returns outside Riyadh, and the shipping company can deliver a receipt of the shipment. - "Al Rabea Store" may not accept damaged, dirty, or altered returns, and they may be sent back to you. Exceptions / Non-returnable and non-exchangeable products: Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as perishable products like (flowers and plants) or products manufactured with special specifications by the customer. 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product presented to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he cannot exchange the product after seven days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wishes to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. *The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases:* 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. *Return policy:* 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product presented to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he cannot return the product after seven days. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used it or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning to ensure its safety. • The customer bears all electronic fees resulting from the payment process (such as Visa fees and Salla platform fees). • In case of defects in the product or an error on the part of the store, the consumer will be fully compensated without bearing any additional costs. • The store has the right to refund the amount to the customer in case of any dispute related to shipping, a change in price, or other reasons deemed appropriate by the store. The consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 3- If the customer wishes to change the color, shape, or some specifications of the product, this will take additional time during manufacturing beyond the usual and pre-determined time, so please choose the shape, color, and sizes of products carefully to complete the work within the specified time, as the production line is restarted based on the customer's change request. *Refunds:* Once we receive the returned product, it will be examined whether for exchange or return, and we will notify you if the refund is approved or not, based on the condition of the product. If approved, your money will be refunded to the wallet after deducting applicable banking fees (if any).
